At CliqSilk, our aim is to ship our products to customers in a quick and safe manner. We have partnered with reputed courier service providers to deliver ordered products to most of the pin-codes within India. We don’t charge separate forward delivery costs to customers irrespective of order value.
- Customers must provide a complete shipping destination address which includes house, street, area, city, State, pincode, contact number and a landmark information. We try our best to ship goods to customers as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us upto 48 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses in Surat. Gujarat. Further, we process customer orders on weekdays i.e. from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays. Registered customers can check their order status from the MY ORDER page. Non-registered customers will receive timely email/sms/WhatsApp communication stating their order status.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be edited/ modified/ or changed. However, We may accept requests for address change, made within 12 hours of placing the order. For related concerns and queries, customers may reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. On dispatch of product, an Airway Bill (AWB) / Tracking No. generated will be communicated to the customer.
- We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case a customer has made payment for a product that is unavailable or would take longer to deliver, we will proactively communicate to customers about the delay, within 2 working days, on the customer's registered mobile number or email address.
- A tentative date of delivery shall be provided to the customers in the order confirmation email/sms/WhatsApp. Actual delivery time of shipped goods may vary based on distance of destination from our shipping warehouse and accessibility of the destination.
- There could be delivery delays due to unforeseen events such as unavailability of recipient, administrative & political instability in your region, extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, destination custom clearance process, etc. These delays are not warranted under the provisions of the shipping policy.
- Shipped products will be delivered by our courier service partners between 10 am to 6 pm on a working day. Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the courier service partner.
- Customer or an assigned customer representative must be present in the mentioned address to accept shipment delivery. A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made by delivery executives. Alternatively, customers can contact the carrier and collect her order from the courier agency’’s registered local office for no extra charge.
- Receiver has to produce her/his photo Identification to delivery executive and sign on the prompted paper/digital manifest, to receive the order. At this point, the receiver becomes responsible towards the shipped product.
- The handling of undelivered packages will be subject to “Unicorn Technocrafts Pvt Ltd (CliqSilk)” discretion.
