RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We believe in delivering the best products which have gone through stringent quality checks before dispatch to customers. We guarantee the quality of our products and endeavour to provide absolute user satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with it upon delivery, we will offer you the comfort of returning/exchanging a product. All returns/exchange and cancellation of the product shall be governed by and subject to our Terms of Use as well as the below elaborated Returns and Cancellation Policies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Initiation
- Customer can raise a request to cancel her order(s) within 24 hours of placing the online purchase (and subject to non-shipment by that time, thereafter the policies under RETURNS clause detailed hereunder shall apply) only IF
- Customer has purchased the undesired size/colour/style product;
- Customer has fed in the incorrect billing/shipping address;
- Customer has learnt that the purchase made was a result of fraudulent Activity or a phishing attack.
- If an order consists of multiple products, customers can cancel her complete order & not partial items. The customer is then free to order only desired products next time.
- Order cancellation can be completed by customers through ‘My Orders’ section after login to her Account on our website. Alternatively, customers may email/sms/WhatsApp to us with their cancellation request within above stipulated time
Refund Owing to Cancellation
- Refund on the product value will be made to your Credit/Debit card/Net Banking/UPI account, whichever is the original mode of transaction during purchase.
- Refund amount may reflect in the recipient’s account within 2-7 days depending upon the policies of the Issuing Bank.
- “Vamanand Technokraft Pvt Ltd (CliqSilk)” reserves the Right to discretion & final decision on refund matters.
Returns Policy
Return implies cancellation of the order post receiving the delivery of the product owing to dissatisfaction with the product. Please note that products purchased from ‘SALE’ categories (minor proportion of total products on the CliqSilk website) are not eligible for our return/exchange facility. For return/exchange of all other products (majority of products on the CliqSilk website), kindly refer following instructions.
General Terms
- If the delivery executive presents you our shipment in a bad condition or is tempered with, the customer should refuse the package to delivery executive & inform us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp channel.
- A customer must raise return request within 7 days of receiving the order shipment. Product return is not allowed post this duration.
- A customer is eligible for Return facility only once for every order. An order can’t be returned after the first replacement delivery.
- Refund will be initiated within 2 days of receipt of the returned product(s) in original condition, back at our warehouse. If returned products are in used or damaged condition, the customer will not be eligible for our refund facility.
- Refund on the product value will be made to your same account which was used at the time of making the purchase. For prepaid orders, refund amount may reflect in the recipient’s account within 2-7 working days from refund initiation day, depending upon the policies of the Issuing Bank. For COD orders, refund will be sent to customer bank account provided by the customer within 7-10 days.
Return Due to Accepted Causes
- Customers can raise shipment return request within 7 days of delivery of product if:
- The shipped product is different from the one that was ordered with respect to size, color, type or make.
- The shipped product is incomplete or partial.
Return Due to Non-Accepted Causes
- For any other return case (except mentioned in the previous section), customers can still raise shipment return request within 7 days of delivery of product. In these cases, customer will be refunded as per following mechanism:
- For prepaid orders, customer may choose EITHER (a) to receive refund back in their bank account after deduction of Rs 195/- logistics processing fee; OR (b) receive full order amount (without any deduction) in the form of CliqSilk redeemable voucher to purchase any product from our website; OR (c) customer may arrange package return shipping herself to get full order value refund & additional Rs 100/- CliqSilk voucher.
- In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT. The customer may choose either to receive refund in their bank account after deduction of Rs 245/- (Rs 195/- as logistics processing fee and Rs 50/- as COD processing fees) per product ordered OR receive full order amount (without any deduction) in the form of CliqSilk redeemable voucher to purchase any product from our website; OR customer may arrange package return shipping herself to get full order value refund.
